We are genuinely excited to announce that starting now, you can use emoji in any field on Splitwise, including:
– Expense description (π $20)
– Group names (Our π )
– User names (Jane Doe π½)
– Expense comments (“Thanks for theΒ π·, see you soon!”)
– The group whiteboard (“OMG our apartment is hauntedΒ π»”)

It’s great to be able to use emoji, thanks for adding this.
I found an emoji bug though: in the iPhone app when you add a multiline comment and then switch keyboards to emoji, add an emoji and then switch back to normal keyboard, the “post” button disappears behind the keyboard.

I was unable to reproduce it on our in-office iPhone 5 (which is running iOS 10 at the moment). Which iPhone and OS are you using right now?
